Frequently asked questions

How do I add my motorcycle?
Open the app → tap the Garage tab → tap the + button in the top right → fill in your vehicle details. You can also tap "Scan photo" to have AI automatically fill in your bike's make, model, and year from a photo.
How do I log a ride?
Tap the Riding tab → tap "Start Ride" → optionally set a destination → tap Start. KlirMoto will track your route via GPS. When you're done, tap Stop and you'll be prompted to review the ride.
My data disappeared after reinstalling. How do I get it back?
Your data is backed up to the cloud automatically. Sign in with the same Google account you used before and your data will sync back within a few minutes. Make sure you have an internet connection when signing in.
How do I use KlirMoto with Waze or Google Maps?
Tap any saved Spot → tap "Navigate" → choose Waze, Google Maps, or Apple Maps. You can also import a location by pasting a Waze or Google Maps share link into the app via the import option in the Riding tab.
How do I set up CarPlay?
Connect your iPhone to your car via USB or wireless CarPlay. KlirMoto will automatically appear in CarPlay. You'll see your saved Spots for navigation and a ride start/stop control.
How do I turn off notifications?
Open the app → tap your profile avatar → Settings → Notifications. You can toggle each notification type individually. You can also manage all app notifications from iOS Settings → KlirMoto → Notifications.
How do I delete my account and data?
To delete your account and all associated data, email us at support@klirmoto.app with the subject "Delete my account" and the email address linked to your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.
Is KlirMoto free?
Yes — KlirMoto is completely free to download and use. All core features are available at no cost.
Which motorcycles are supported?
KlirMoto works with any motorcycle brand and model. You enter your bike's details manually, or use the AI photo scan to auto-fill them. The app also supports cars and other vehicles.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Email support@klirmoto.app with a description of what happened, what you expected to happen, your iPhone model, and your iOS version. Screenshots are very helpful. We take every bug report seriously.
